Response: Aqua has performed previous investigations and has performed work over the years to prevent I/I. This work has included improvements made at Lift Station #2 and #3. In 2013, Aqua will continue to investigate potential sources of I/I which will include broken service laterals, unprotected manholes, and other potential sources. • "It is strongly recommended that the smaller side of the facility be cleaned and rehabilitated to offer operational flexibility." Response: Aqua will clean and rehabilitate the smaller side of the WWTP beginning in early 2013.
