Tony Baldwin, ORC, Woodlake WWTP sent this email and photo today
It is a picture where the effluent pipe should be, in the Aermode unit that was pulled out of the "old part of the plant"
(Front/smaller part of the plant) per his call today at 12: 15.
He is unsure what they are going to do with the unit. He thinks it needs total replacement as the steel is,so thin.
My opinion is they need to construct a typical clarifier(s) in addition to what they have. This is based on the recent Toss
of solids to the chlorine contact chamber.
