The Compliance Evaluation Inspection was conducted by Chad Turlington of the Fayetteville Regional Office. The facility was found to be in Compliance with permit NC0061719. As a reminder, preservation of the Waters of the State can only be achieved through consistent NPDES Permit compliance. Operator was able to provide all records as requested. Records were well organized. DMR's for the months of December 2015, January and February 2016 were compared to bench sheets and no reporting errors were noted. Solids settle in chlorine contact chamber and are removed by operator before the level reaches 12 inches. Operator should be vigilant in observing sludge in contact chamber to insure that permit violations do not occur.
