PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on July 23, 2021 Trinity Capital (440 S Church St Ste. 100, Charlotte,
NC 28202-1919) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR)for a 401 Individual Water
Quality Certification, pursuant to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H
.0500.The activity for which this certification is sought regards Industrial/Commercial/Business.The
DWR's proposed date of final action on the application is August 28, 2021.
Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m.
on August 28, 2021. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice
Comment Form here: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/401 Public Notice Comments. Written
comments may also be mailed to: 401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1617.
The application is available online. Information for accessing the application/project information online

The application is also available at the Mooresville Office of the DWR and may be inspected with an
appointment between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays. For questions
