On October 11, 2012 the Division of Water Quality (the Division) received your application dated
September 29, 2012 for the subject project. On November 5, 2012, a hold letter was issued requesting
additional information. As of this date, no additional information has been received so that the application can
be processed.
Failure to submit the requested information (owner /applicant confirmation and length of shoreline to be
stabilized) by June 14, 2013, will result in the project being withdrawn from further consideration. This letter
completes the review of DWQ under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. If you have any questions, please
