Dear Complex Permitting Supervisor,
South Fork Industries,NPDES Permit Number NC0006190, would like to request a NPDES Permit
Modification of our permit limits. Currently, South Fork Industries has exceeded the daily average production
rate of 58,900 lbs/day. We would like to request our permit be modified to reflect the Effluent Limitations and
Monitoring Requirements outlined in Part 1,A. (2) of our current permit.
South Fork Industries is currently producing 60,000 lbs/day, 5 days per week. We anticipate some more slight
growth before the end of 2021. Please review this permit modification request and advise us of your fmdings.
