Please find enclosed a copy of the Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report for Corning
Optical Communications, LLC — Hickory Manufacturing and Technology Center (HMTC)
located in Hickory, Catawba County, North Carolina. The stormwater samples were collected
on 4/24/2021 for the permitted outfalls and represent the monthly sample as specified in the
requirements set forth by NCDEQ.
