Dear Mr. Khan:
Pursuant to Part III, Section B.5.b. of the NC General Stormwater Permit NCG030000, I am
writing to provide notice that Lanette Plyler will hereafter serve as my duly authorized
representative having signatory authority for discharge monitoring reports and all other
documents pertaining to compliance with Certificate of Coverage NCG030617 for the
CORMETECH, Inc. Charlotte facility located at 11707 Steele Creek Road, Charlotte, NC 28273.
Ms. Plyler is Director of Environmental, Health and Safety for the company, and she works
closely with the Charlotte facility management team to ensure all permit requirements are met
including stonnwater sampling, submission of monitoring reports, and maintenance of all
required records.
