Inspection Summary:
The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and related documentation was complete including employee training
records and monitoring records. Although the results for the outlets were over the benchmark limitations, switching to the
pond outlet should give more retention time. The facility appeared well operated and maintained with minor erosion and

Comment: The analytical monitoring reports showed the results for the two outlets were above the
benchmark limitations for TSS and COD. The samples were taken from the curb inlets from the
p rking lot and those outlets discharge to a large post construction stormwater pond. The facilifi,
has changed the sampling point to the pond outlet and will sample there at the next rain event.
