Inspection Summary:
Reason for Visit: Routine
Due to COVID 19, this inspection was limited to evaluating outfalls and looking for signs of past releases /spills. Based on
the inspection the is an area of "oil staining on the asphalt 3' x 8' (see attached picture). Please advise if this is from a
leaking vehicle or from where oil changes take place. In any event best practice would be to place a collection pan under
leaking vehicles or oil chenging stations. Also there appears to be area recently seeded & mulched next to the building; was
an UST removed?
