Inspection Summary:
The facility appeared well operated and maintained with minor trash issues along the fence. The Stormwater Pollution
Prevention Plan (SWPPP) was available, but was incomplete at the time of inspection. The plan needs an annual review
and the map needs the drainage lines added. The facilty must conduct a qualitative sampling event and submit the report to

Comment: The facility had a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), but some components were
incomplete. The annual review had been conducted for 2016-2018, but not in 2019. There werE
maps indicating the potential source of pollution and storm drains and outlets,
but the drainage

Comment: The facility had previously conducted sampling events from a drainage ditch adjacent to the
facility. However, this drainage ditch has comingled stormwater from other facilities the road,
and the railroad. Two outlets including a sump pump discharge and a low point in the facility
were identified as outlets. There are also several storm drain inlets in the yard and on curbs but
again this stormwater is comingled and stormwater should be collected and visually analyzed as
It enters 3 Inlets.
