Regional Engineer NC Dept. Environmental Quality Mooresville Regional Office 610 East Center Avenue, Suite 301 Mooresville, NC 28115-2578 Dear Mr. Moore: I am submitting the information requested in the April 28, 2020 inspection that was performed at JPS Composite Materials Inc. located in Statesville, NC for stormwater. I am sending the following information, as requested: Annual Review report Map of facility showing drainage lines Qualitative sampling results (plus a location map) for the five (5) suggested outfalls. As a result of the review of the written program that I performed, I have determined that the best solution to fixing the items listed in the Annual Review that I performed is to entirely re -write the program. I apologize for the delay in responding, but I had a layoff (one week), which was followed by my EHS Coordinator leaving for a 12-week leave of absence due to SARS-CoV-2. For the foreseeable future, I will be located at the Statesville facility. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
