(Boggs), please find attached results of stormwater outfall sampling that was conducted on November 12, 2020 for the Monroe Asphalt Plant facility in Monroe, Union County, North Carolina. Water samples were collected from the outfalls SDO-1 through SDO-4 by Boggs personnel on November 12, 2020 in accordance with the SWPPP and sampling requirements of the permit. Please note that per Boggs personnel, there was no discharge from outfall SDO-5 and therefore, no samples could be collected from this outfall. Water samples were analyzed for total suspended solids and non -polar oil and grease. The November 2020 sampling results indicated that TSS levels in all the sampled outfall locations (SDO-1 through SDO-4) exceeded permit levels. Detectable concentrations of oil & grease that did not exceed permit allowable levels were reported in outfall samples for SDO-3 and SDO-4. The Stormwater Discharge Outfall Monitoring Report is included in Appendix A, the Stormwater Discharge Outfall Qualitative Monitoring Report is included in Appendix B, and a complete laboratory analytical report is included as Appendix C. 3502 Hayes Road • Monroe, North Carolina 28110 113 West Firetower Road, Suite G • Winterville, North Carolina 28590 Phone (704) 845-4010 • (888) 870-4133 • Fax (704) 845-4012 Discharge Monitoring Report — November 2020 (Second Semi -Annual Period of 2020) Monroe Asphalt Plant Monroe, Union County, North Carolina Certificate of Coverage No: NCG160217 Page 2 of 2 The next sampling event is scheduled to be conducted between January and June 2021 during a representative rainfall event.
