In accordance with Condition 11.5 of the above referenced permit (as in effect in 2020), we are
submitting our annual report of maintenance and inspection records for our rainwater collection
system.
Additionally, with this letter we are informing you that as of May 7, 2021, Chris Danauskas has
assumed the role of Site Director of the Kings Mountain facility, replacing Mitchell Bruce who
was previously in that role.
Operation and Inspection
During 2020, both rainwater collection areas were inspected semiannually. Ponds were
observed to function normally with no operational issues noted.
Maintenance Activities
During 2020, normal maintenance including mowing the slopes and filter strips occurred, as part
of our normal groundskeeping activities. In November, during our semiannual inspection of the
ponds, a small (approximately 1 foot in diameter) sinkhole was noted in Pond #1, and a
maintenance request was entered to repair the hole to fill it in with appropriate soil and to
replant grass. This work was accomplished in February 2021. No other instances occurred
where revegetation was required, or significant erosion or other issues that required repair.
