project. The DWQ has determined that the application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate
information as discussed below.
Additional Information Requested:
® A review of the submitted PCN application reflects the wetland impact as 0.72 acres. Based
on that impact, the correct permitting fee to remit is $240. Check # 15807 for $570 is enclosed.
Please remit adjusted payment to: DENR/DWQ 1650 Mail Service Center, Raleigh NC 27699-
1650.
Please submit this information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter. This letter only addresses
the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers.
