Hi Simon,
Myself and another inspector visited the site on Friday. Projects are eligible for closeout once all temporary measures
have been removed and permanent ground cover has reached approximately 80%coverage. It looks like the temporary
construction entrance and some silt fence are still present. Once all temporary measures have been removed and the
disturbed area stabilized,you can send some photos of these areas and I will send the closeout inspection report.

next submission.
Mr. Denton and Mrs Garcia,
Please let me know how I schedule the final inspection for this ESC plan.The project has been completed and stable
since September 2020.The only DEQ inspection report which occurred,that I am aware of, is attached.The inspection
took place on October 21, 2020 after construction was completed and the site was planted and stabilized. The only
other comment on the inspection report was regarding the permit box.The permit box and pertinent documents and
records were installed at the second construction entrance located at 220 S. Chatham Ave.
Please let me know how to proceed with the final inspection in pursuit of project close-out.

The Notice of Termination (NOT) you submitted has been reviewed and, as you noted, you need to
coordinate a final E&SC plan inspection with the DEQ Raleigh Regional Office. I copied Bill Denton, the
regional engineer, and Lauren Garcia, the inspector who did the earlier inspection, as they're the ones who
can get the final inspection scheduled for you. Once you receive the final inspection report closing out the
E&SC plan you can submit a new NOT.
