On July 26, 2021, I conducted a site visit at 58 Pot Shoals Road in Saluda to evaluate instream sediment documented
within the subject Notice of Violation (NOV). Instream sedimentation had been removed per the approved Sediment
Removal Plan. As such, the Division is closing the subject NOV.
