The SWM plans have been revised because the Owner recently purchased additional property (approximately six (6) acres) adjacent to the project site that is better suited for the BMP wet detention pond location. The revised plans show the BMP wet detention pond in this new location. Also, the total impervious area shown on the SWM plan increased slightly due to some additional parking added where the BMP wet detention pond was originally sited (however the % impervious has decreased from the original plan due to the increased site area). The revised Impervious Area Summary is also enclosed. If you require any additional information, please contact me at your convenience. Thank you for your assistance on this project.
