Pursuant to your request dated May 26, 2021, impacts to 1,179 linear feet of Linville Creek for stream restoration/bank
stabilization activities at 1495 Linville Creek Road, near Vilas, NC is approved. No written authorization (other than this
email) will be provided. The work is authorized in accordance with the attached Nationwide Permit #27 and its
associated conditions which is set to expire March 18, 2022. In -stream work is prohibited from October 15 to April 15 to
minimize impacts to trout reproduction. This authorization does not preclude/replace the need to obtain any other
federal/state/local approvals that may apply. Please contact me with any questions, thanks.
