I have reviewed the Draft MBI forwarded by Rich Mogensen to DWQ on 5/31/13. My only comment is in Section VI:
Use of Mitigation Credit (Table): credits are listed as cool water stream. I believe these should be warm water stream.
We look forward to receiving the draft Mitigation Plan for review.
