I reviewed the modified public notice for East Alamance Quarry in Alamance County (SAW-2005-21057-201). I
have no additional comments or recommendations on this project. The only change to our comments submitted
on 28 December 2006 is that #2 in our list of recommendations is no longer applicable. Please let me know if
