10. Comments: Bradd Tripp communicated with personnel in the Raleigh Office that PNG is nearing the
restoration phase for the PNG Line 125 Gas Pipeline Relocation Project(Edgec-2020-008)
and would like to remove erosion control devices(silt fence,waddles,etc)in the ag fields.
These fields will not be seeded as requested by the property owner.Delay in removing these
measures in cultivated fields will result in additional crop damage to the property owners.The
site was inspected on 9/30/3030 and based on site conditions and the agreement with the land
owner,permission was given to remove silt fence once the land was mulched.At that time,
Bradd Tripp and Rob Waldrep were advised to provide photos of the mulched area and the
land owner agreement.The requested documents were provided on 10/05/2020.The project is
now eligible for closeout.
