received May 10, 2021. However, additional information is required before the review may be completed.

A. Application Form RWPI 06-16:
1. Please complete Section II.4. of the form and provide a status update on the applicable permits
and/or certifications.
B. Application Form RWDL 06-16:
1. Section II.4.: The owner of the reclaimed water generating facility (WQ0039375) has been
transferred to Chatham Park Investors LLC last November, please revise.
2. Section II.7. and IL8.: Please provide the permit number and the pipe diameter for reclaimed water
line immediately upstream.
3. Section II.10.: The capacity listed here does not match what was provided in the Engineering
Technical Memorandum. Please clarify.
4. Section III. L: The length of the 4-inch pipe is listed as 2,577 linear feet (LF) here, while it indicated
in the Engineering Technical Memorandum that the design consists of approximately 5,300 total
LF of 4-inch pipe along the future Grant Drive Extension. Please clarify.
C. Property Ownership Documentation:
1. The owners of the parcels where the reclaimed water lines will be installed are Chatham
Development One Inc. and Chatham Park Investors LLC. Pursuant to 15A NCAC 02U .0201(e)
and as indicated in the Section B of the Instructions for Form: RWDL 06-16 & Supporting
Documentation, please provide property ownership documentation to the Division consisting of:
an easement running with the land indicating the intended use of the property and meeting the
condition of 15A NCAC 02L .0107(f).
D. Engineering Plans:
1. Please submit Sheet 8.11 for utility profile crossing the perennial channel and provide a copy of
the 401/ 404 permits if applicable.
2. Please add the reclaimed water labeling and color -coding design criteria to the plans, pursuant to
15A NCAC 02T .0403.
E. Specifications:
1. Please provide sections describing Site Work to be performed, i.e., earth work, clearing, grubbing,
excavation, trenching, backfilling, compacting, fencing, seeding, etc.
F. Engineering Calculations:
1. See Items B.3. and B.4. of this letter.
