SUBJECT: Laboratory Analytical Results
Geothermal Heating/Cooling Water Return Well
Permit No. WI0400065
Guilford County
Dear Mr. Oliphant:
On May 23, 2021, Jim Gonsiewski of the Division of Water Resources (DWR) collected groundwater
samples from the influent and effluent access points to your Geothermal Heating/Cooling Water Return Well.
The samples were sent to the DWR Central Laboratory in Raleigh, NC for analysis.
The samples were analyzed for fecal coliform, bromide, fluoride, chloride, sulfate, total dissolved solids,
nitrate, nitrite, aluminum, antimony, arsenic, barium, beryllium. calcium, cadmium, chromium, cobalt,
copper, iron, lead, lithium, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, potassium, selenium, silver,
sodium, thallium, vanadium, and zinc. Laboratory analytical results from the samples did not detect any
constituents above the State of North Carolina 15A NCAC 02L .0202(g) (NC2L) groundwater standards.
We appreciate your cooperation in the collection of these samples. If you have any questions, please contact
me at (336) 776-9800 or via email at jim.gonsiewski@ncdenr.gov.
Sincerely,
DocuSIgned by: pm.
