Yes, the red circle looks about right and you are correct that the change of address is for a new office space they are using for landfill operations. The change of
address is not for a new facility.

Below is a screenshot of the active permits map.
The red circle is where 6330 Old Smithfield Rd is.
The blue circle is where the current facility address is, 6124 Old Smithfield Rd. The Lat/Long may be off.

It is not often that we change a facility address.
Before doing so I wanted to verify that the Landfill is this large and not a new facility.
Also, that the address change is because they have a new office building.
Regarding the Representative Outfalls, please see NCG120000 page 5 section B-13.

If you have any additional questions, I have looped in Annette Lucas.
In addition, I will need George Metcalf's phone number.
