The Division received your request to rescind the subject Certificate of Coverage under General
Permit NCG500000. We do not object to this request.
NPDES CoC NCG500075 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the
permit file for the Division, and for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first
apply for and receive a new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the
only notification you will be sent regarding the permit rescission. No hard copy will be mailed.

Subject: Termination of Permit NCG500000

Certificate of Coverage NCG500075
Forsyth County
We have stopped releasing our boiler blowdown water into the storm drain system. The blowdown
water is now plumbed into the sanitary sewer system. Attached is a letter from Joel Freeman [Winston Salem / Forsyth
County Utilities Industrial Waste Control Supervisor] granting us permission to discharge into the sanitary sewer
system. We request release from the requirement to maintain Permit NCG 500000. Your input is welcome. Please
advise.
Sincerely,
Roddy Sugg
