This type of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in -office file review and an on -site inspection of the treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form details the areas that were evaluated during this inspection. The inspection of the facility was satisfactory. Settleable solids, D.O., and pH are performed for process control. *The permit became effective on July 1, 2019, and will expire on May 31, 2024. *AII records were available and well maintained. *Screened materials are dried and disposed of in a dumpster. *The effluent was very clear on the day of the inspection. The effluent is discharged into Blanket Creek in the Yadkin -Pee Dee River Basin.
