The Notice of Termination(NOT)you submitted has been reviewed and, as you noted,you need to coordinate a final
E&SC plan inspection with the DEQ Raleigh Regional Office. I copied Bill Denton,the regional engineer, and Lauren
Garcia,the inspector who did the earlier inspection, as they're the ones who can get the final inspection scheduled for you.
Once you receive the final inspection report closing out the E&SC plan you can submit a new NOT.
Do note that the electronic NOT and the NOT Certification Form must be signed by the permittee, which in this case is
Piedmont Conservation Council, Incorporated. In the original NOT only the NOT Certification Form was signed by the
permittee,while the electronic NOT was signed by you.
