Please see below for additional information in reference to the Onslow Bay Marine Group NPDES
Stormwater coverage application. The additional information is being provided in response to your
email (to briana@onslowbayboats.com) dated 6/14/21 and extension email on 6/24/21.
1. What is the latitude and Longitude of the facility? 34° 29' 39", -77° 33' 46"
2. How many outfalls are on site? One
3. What are the latitudes and longitudes of these outfalls? 34' 29' 46", -77' 33' 51"
4. What is the name and classification of the receiving waterbody (this map is helpful)? - River
Basin: White Oak, Classification: SA; HOW
5. Does this facility employ any best management practices for stormwater control? If yes, please
briefly describe. — It is the responsibility of all employees to check the facility daily while working
(boat storage, material storage, etc.) for leaks or any potentially environmental hazard that
could present a problem and report anything identified to management.
6. Does this facility have a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan? If yes, when was it
implemented? — No. Discussions have started with Brian Lambe about the requirements. RSC
Engineering will work with Onslow Bay Marine Group to put together a SWPPP going forward.
7. What is the name of the facility's hazardous waste transport/disposal vendor? — Safety Kleen
8. What is that vendor's address? 934 North 51h Street Saint Pauls, NC 28384, Contact is Daniel

5. Areas where materials and/or boats are stored — Areas are shaded on the attached map.
6. Impervious areas — BUA is noted on the attached map.
7. Site property lines — Property boundary is shown on the attached map.
8. Boat maintenance, blasting, painting and washing areas — Areas are shaded on the attached
map.
9. Location of services and activities lined in 7b of the NOI (Retail Store, Boast Sales, and Boat
Building are indicated on application) —Areas are shaded on the attached map.
