Pre -Filing Meeting Information
Before submitting this form please ensure you have submitted the Pre -Filing Meeting Request Form as we will not be able
to accept your application without this important first step. The Pre -Filing Meeting Request Form is used in accordance
with 40 C.F.R. Section 121.4(a) "At least 30 days prior to submitting a certification request, the project proponent shall
request a pre -filing meeting with the certifying agency" and in accordance with 40 C.F.R. Section 121.5(b)(7), and (c)(5)
all certification requests shall include documentation that a pre -filing meeting request was submitted to the certifying

Existing seawall was built 30+ years ago and has deteriorated and eroding
the lot as shown in photos. Project is to replace the seawall with a new
one the same height, same length, and in the exact same place as the
current wall. Current wall will be removed and then new wall will be built
as shown on the plans. Area behind wall will be seeded.

Replacing an existing seawall on Lake Hickory that is deteriorated. Existing wall was built over 40 years ago. New wall will
be put in the same location, same length and height as the existing wall. The area behind the wall is a vacant lot with an
established grass ground cover. The lot contains .605 acres. Location is beside 511 Moretz Court. Parcel ID# 0004800.
