Just wanted to follow-up regarding this report submittal in the eDMR system as I noticed the report is still reflecting
"Failed to Submit" status. You may want to follow up with the user to remind them that they can now submit their
report, which failed last month because they submitted to early.

The June 2021 report that you tried to submit within the last 15 minutes in the eDMR system for NCS000046 has failed
to submit. This submittal failure is due to the report being submitted too early. Reports cannot be submitted until after
the last the day of the monthly monitoring period in which the last day for the June monitoring period would be
6/30. The earliest you would be able to submit the June 2021 report would be July 1.
