Please find enclosed for the referenced project the original Fast -Track Application, the Flow
Tracking/Acceptance for Sewer Extension Permit Applications from both ONWASA and Camp
Lejeune, the USGS Topographic Map and Street level Map (aerial), and one copy of each for your
review and approval. Also attached is the application fee of $480.00 (Thomas Engineering, PA check
# 15780) and the following brief narrative.
This application is for the construction and operation upon certification of a 386 gallon per
minute sewer pump station, approximately 318 linear feet of 6-inch sewer force -main,
approximately 8,919 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer, approximately 4,307 linear feet of 10-
inch gravity sewer, and service connections to serve 244 single family residential lots in Stones
Landing Section IV and Paradise Point Section V at Onslow Bay, Onslow County, NC. This
project will discharge into the sewer system approved under Everett Place at Onslow Bay Section III
(PermifNumber WQ097335 Modification issued June 15, 2021) (ONWASA Sewer System).
