Discuss Stormwater controls proposed in order to protect surface waters and wetlands downstream from the property. If percent impervious surface exceeds 20%, please provide calculations demonstrating total proposed impervious level. The existing impervious surface is 0%. The proposed maximum impervious surface as allowed by Johnston County regulations is 15% or 10.796 acres of 71.97 total acres. XII.
