Dear Jim,
This letter is written to inform you that Phase II of the NCNG Morganton Regional Readiness Center
is submitting a major modification for the Stormwater Permit No. SW1191201. The project is
currently under construction. This Major Modifications is for the expansion of the proposed military
owned vehicle (MOV) lot in lieu of the originally permitted future helipad. This change has increased
the amount of impervious on site and will be treated with an additional wet pond SCM. The re -aligned
rear access road is not being treated using some of the previous impervious credit established as part
of the original permit. As seen on sheet C4.7 & C4.8 analysis point B increased in size due to a change
in discharge location for the new wet pond SCM.
