Inspection Summary:
In accordance with a recently submitted Notice of Intent (NOI), this site was inspected for compliance on June 17, 2021. At
the time of inspection, a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) has not been submitted for review. Although, it was
stated by the site contact that a SWPPP would be developed and submitted. The inspection revealed no other compliance
issues, and the facility will be recommended for permit coverage.
