Inspection Summary:
This site was inspected on July 14, 2021, in response to an NOI under NCG140000. At the time of inspection, no industrial
activity related to NCG140000 was occurring on site. A construction worker on site was contacted and stated that this site
was the future site for the concrete batch plant currently located at the site covered by NCG140482, which is currently
operational.
Considering the fact that it has been over 30 days since the NOI was submitted, and it is unknown when the concrete batch
plant will be relocated to this site, it is recommended that permit coverage be denied at this time. The permittee will need to
reapply for permit coverage once the concrete batch plant has been constructed at this site.
