This site was inspected on July 14, 2021, in response to a Rescission Request for NCG140482. At the time of inspection,
the concrete batch plant appeared to still be in operation. Considering that it has been over 60 days since the Rescission
Request was submitted, it is recommended that the Rescission Request be denied at this time. The permittee will need to
resubmit a Rescission Request once the concrete batch plant has been fully decommissioned.
