INSTALL PERMANENT DIVERSIONS #10, 11, 12, 13. STABILIZE AND SEED ALL SLOPES IMMEDIATELY. ONLY CLEAR AS NECESSARY TO INSTALL DIVERSIONS. MAINTAIN SILT FENCE AND SILT FENCE OUTLETS DOWN STREAM UNTIL TEMPORARY/PERMANENT LINING, AND GOOD GROUND COVER ON FILL SLOPES IS ESTABLISHED S. INSTALL SILT FENCE PER PLAN BELOW ALL PERMANENT/TEMPORARY DIVERSIONS AND BASIN/TRAPS W/ SILT FENCE OUTLETS IN LOW AREAS PER PLAN. 6. INSTALL SKIMMER BASIN #1, 2, 3, 4, S. STABILIZE AND SEED ALL SLOPES IMMEDIATELY, ONLY CLEAR AS NECESSARY TO INSTALL BASINS. MAINTAIN SILT FENCE AND SILT FENCE OUTLETS DOWN STREAM UNTIL GOOD GROUND COVER IS ESTABLISHED 7. INSTALL TEMPORARY DIVERSIONS # 1,2,3,45,6,7,8, 9 PER PLAN. STABILIZE AND SEED ALL SLOPES IMMEDIATELY. ONLY CLEAR AS NECESSARY TO INSTALL DIVERSIONS. MAINTAIN SILT FENCE AND SILT FENCE OUTLETS DOWN STREAM UNTIL TEMPORARY/PERMANENT LINING, AND GOOD GROUND COVER ON FILL SLOPES IS ESTABLISHED. S. BEGIN CLEARING NECESSARY AREAS TO INSTALL PLANT SITE AND BEGIN REMOVAL OF OVERBURDEN FROM PIT FOR FILL MATERIAL. ONCE FINISH GRADE IS MET ON THE PLANT SITE REMOVE TO # 7 AND INSTALL PD#7.MAINTAIN SILT FENCE AND SILT FENCE OUTLETS DOWN STREAM UNTIL TEMPORARY/PERMANENT LINING, AND GOOD GROUND COVER ON FILL SLOPES IS ESTABLISHED. S. MAINTAIN ALL EROSION CONTROL MEASURES WEEKLY AND AFTER ANY STORM EVENTS. 10. ONCE PLANT SITE, SITE ACCESS ROAD (PERMANENT DIVERSIONS CONSTRUCTED), PIT HAUL ROAD AND SCALE HOUSE SITE GRADES ARE MET AND ALL SLOPES STABILIZED AND SEEDED. BEGIN CONSTRUCT ING BERMS PER PLAN. MAINTAIN ALL DOWNSTREAM DIVERSIONS AND SILT FENCE UNTIL GOOD GROUND COVER 16 ESTABLISHED. 11. ONCE BERMS ARE COMPLETE AROUND PLANT SITE STABILIZE AND SEED. MAINTAIN SILT FENCE UNTIL THIS ACHIEVED. REMOVE TEMPORARY DIVERSIONS # 8,9 AND TEMPORARY SKIMMER BASIN #1. MAINTAIN ALL DOWNSTREAM DIVERSIONS AND SILT FENCE UNTIL GOOD GROUND COVER IS ESTABLISHED. 12. ONCE PLANT SITE AND BERMS ARE CONSTRUCTED BEGIN PLACING OVERBURDEN IN THE OVERBURDEN AREA. MAINTAIN ALL EROSION CONTROL MEASURES WEEKLY AND AFTER ANY STORM EVENTS UNTIL FINAL MAX FILL 13 MET. STABILIZE AND SEED ALL SLOPES AND DENUDED AREAS. 13. ONCE GOOD GROUND COVER IS ESTABLISHED AND NO RUTTING OF SLOPES IS OCCURRING REMOVE ALL EROSION CONTROL MEASURES WHILE MAINTAINING SILT FENCE ON DOWNSTREAM SIDE. 14. DEWATER ALL SKIMMER BASINS AND SEDIMENT TRAPS WITH SILT BAG PER DETAIL. 15. MAINTAIN SILT FENCE AFTER MAJOR RAIN EVENTS. 16.
