Dear Mr. Boss,

This letter is written on behalf of the Trillium Links & Village LLC to provide
information as to remedial action taken to the above referenced facility. RPB Systems,
Inc. is the contract operations firm, which operates this facility.

As outlined in your June 25, 2021 letter we exceeded a daily maximum BOD with
17.4 mg/L, 11.8 mg/L, 13.6 mg/L, and 12.9 mg/L over the 15 mg/L permit limit for April
2021. The number of daily violations was increased trying to resample for better results.
All resulting in a monthly average violation as well with a 13.9 mg/L over the 5 mg/L
limit.

We have identified leaks in the membranes filter which most likely contributed to this
BOD exceedance. The owner has ordered replacement membranes that should arrive
near the end of August. We are not able to repair the leaks in the membranes without
replacement units.

We have also purchased microorganisms to enhance the biological MLSS to help the
damaged membranes perform better.
