Subject: Myricks Pond Site Plan Revision

Included are the revised drawings for The Myrick Pond site on TIP R -223IB (Ellerby Bypass).
The drawings reflect the changes that we had discussed during our June 2005 site visit with
Richard Spencer. These revisions include changes to the energy dissipation pad at the end of the
pipe outlet, and the relocation of the spillway step pool structure. Both of these revisions were
requested in an effort to reduce the discharge force into the pond and to redirect the flow through
the pond structure. As you may recall Mr. Spencer stated that a 404 Permit modification would
not be required for this revision. We are now requesting approval for the 401 Water Quality
Certification.
The contractor has informed us that they will be prepared to start work at this location in two
weeks if we can obtain approval. Your assistance in this matter would be mast appreciated.
