Laurie,
There were some things on the Stream Impacts section of the PCN for 2013 -0445 Smith Creek Interceptor project that
were still unclear to me so I had the consultant revise again. I'm so sorry for yet another version of this table. The
temporary impacts to streams went up as a result.

Cherri,
In response to your voicemail yesterday, I have revised the charts to show the temporary impacts on streams that there
are currently impacted. I have attached updated Sheets 8 and 9 of the application. By copy of this email, I am sending
the updates to James Lastinger with the USACE as well.
Thanks,
Brian Oschwald

Hi Brian,
Thanks for the information about the Marsh Creek sewer project. Lumping the buffer impacts seems like a great way to
proceed so thanks for pointing me in that direction.

2h. Comments: Upon completion of the gravity sewer improvements, the permanently disturbed wetlands, forested and
herbaceous, will be seeded and allowed to reestablish as herbaceous wetlands. The temporarily disturbed wetlands, forested
and herbaceous, will be allowed to reestablish to existing conditions prior to disturbance. All wetland contours will be returned
to original contours upon completion of the project. There will be no permanent loss of any wetlands nor any filling of any
wetlands as a result of this project. The permanent wetland impacts account for a 10 foot maintenance corridor to be
permanently maintained upon completion of the project. The remaining 20 feet of permanent easement will be allowed to re-
establish upon completion of construction.
3. Stream Impacts
If there are perennial or intermittent stream impacts (including temporary impacts) proposed on the site, then complete this
