Batch Plant
Hello again Mike,
I inspected the subject facility on July 14, 2021. At the time of my inspection, the concrete batch plant appeared to still
be operational. Considering that it has been over 60 days since the Rescission Request was submitted, and that we have
been out there several times, it is recommended that the Rescission Request be denied at this time.
Thank you,
Levi Hiatt, EIT

Hello again,
Last but not least, ha ha. Kimberly Turney inspected the subject site on 5/13/2021. At the time of inspection, industrial
activity was still occurring on site, and the rescission was not recommended. We will check this site again to see if they
are ready now.
Thank you,
