Martin Marietta is hereby amended to revise the area of the gypsum:
settling basin to 20 acres. instead of 2.3 acres. All other conditions

Dear Mr. Eccles:
The final plans and specifications for the subject project have been
reviewed and found to be satisfactory. Authorization is hereby granted
for the construction of the addition of a 2.3 acre gypsum settling basin
with proper flood protection provided for basin dike to the existing 3.9
MGD wastewater treatment plant.
This Authorization to Construct shall be subject to revocation unless
the wastewater treatment facilities are constructed in accordance with the
conditions and limitations specified in Permit No. NC0004375.
Also, enclosed is a copy of WPC Form #50 "Cost of Wastewater Treatment
Works." This form is to be completed and returned to this office within
thirty (30) days after the project is completed.
One (1) set of approved plans and specifications is being forwarded to
you.
