A review has been completed of the plan documents subiitted for the reloce-
tioc of the effluent canal from its present location to a location adjacent to
the Catawba River with the original discharge point remaining unchanged.
The plans are satisfactory, and the authorisation to construct for Per.it
No. $C0004373 dated November 30, 1977, is hereby amended for the relocation
of the effluent canal.
All other conditions and limitations contained in the original Permit Ho.
HCO0O4373 remain in full force and effect.
Two (2) sets of approved plans and specifications era being forwarded to
you,
