1. CHISEL COMPACTED AREAS AND SPREAD TOPSOIL THREE INCHES DEEP OVER ADVERSE SOIL CONDITIONS, IF AVAILABLE.
2. RIP THE ENTIRE AREA TO SX INCHES DEEP.
J. REMOVE ALL LOOSE ROCK, R0015 AND OTHER OBSTRUCTIONS, LEAVING SURFACE REASONABLY.5MOOTR AND UNIFORM.
4. APPLY AGRICULTURAL UWE. FERTILIZER, AND SUPERPHOSPHATE UNIFORMLY AND MIX WITH SOIL (SEE SEEDING MIXTURE).
5. CONTINUE TILLAGE UNTIL A WELL -PULVERIZED, FIRM, REASONABLY UNIFORM SEEDBED IS PREPARED FOUR TO SIX INCHES DEEP.
6. SEED ON A FRESHLY PREPARED SEEDBED AND COVER SEED LIGHTLY WITH SEEDING EQUIPMENT OR CULTIPACK AFTER SEEDING.
7. MULCH IMMEDIATELY AFTER SEEDING AND ANCHOR MULCH.
8. INSPECT ALL SEEDED AREAS AND MAKE NECESSARY RLPAIRS OR RE-SEEDINGS WITHIN THE PLANTING SEASON, IF POSSIBLE. IF

3. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE NATURAL TOPSOIL THAT IS FERTILE, FRIABLE, WITHOUT MIXTURE OF SUBSOIL MATERIALS, AND
oDTNNED FROM A WELL DRAINED, AVAILABLE SITE. IT SHALL NOT CONTAIN SUBSTANCES WHICH MAY BE HARMFUL TO PLANT
GROWTH. TOPSOIL SHALL BE SCREENED AND FREE FROM CLAY, LUMPS, STONES, ROOTS, PLANTS, OR SIMILAR SUMANCES 1'
