Re- Fast Track Sewer System Extension Application for the Old Mill Subdivision
Old Mill Subdivision is a planned subdivision located on approximately 44-acres in Brunswick County, North
Carolina. This project is proposed to contain 68 single-family residential lots: each with the NCDEQ-approved
flow reduction allocation of 210 gallons per day (gpd). The total daily design flow is 14,280 gpd_
This project will be serviced by the extension of gravity sewer system and one centralized pump station that will
discharge sewer into an existing Brunswick Regional Water and Sewer (H2GO) sewer manhole located on the
east side of Nester Court. The proposed pump station is designed to service all the residential Lots at 210 GPD.
Included with this submittal are provided below. The application fee was submitted with the original submittal.
