FIGURE 1 PCS PHOSPHATE - TANK FARM REMEDIAL ACTION PLAN QUARTERLY OPERATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE REPORT FOR THE INJECTION AND WITHDRAWAL WATER WELLS May 2009 — July 2009 The Tank Farm Remediation System consists of a series of seven- (7) injection water wells located on the south side of the Tank Farm Area and a series of fourteen (14) withdrawal water wells located on the north side of the Tank Farm Area. Injection Water Well System The injection water well system operated with the DPW Water - Ultraviolet Light Disinfection system during the period. Daily operational data are collected by the Shipping Department and reported to the Environmental Affairs Department.
