Lee C:\MyData\Reports\2003\Quarterly\TFRAS Report First Quarter 2003.doc 2 PCS PHOSPHATE - TANK FARM REMEDIAL ACTION PLAN QUARTERLY OPERATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE REPORT FOR THE INJECTION AND WITHDRAWAL WATER WELLS February 2003 — April 2003 The Tank Farm Remediation System consists of a series of seven- (7) injection water wells located on the south side of the Tank Farm Area and a series of fourteen (14) withdrawal water wells located on the north side of the Tank Farm Area. Injection Water Well System The injection water well system operated with the DPW Water - Anthracite Sand Filter / Ultraviolet Light (ASF/UV) disinfection system throughout the period. Daily operational data are collected by the Shipping Department and reported to the Environmental Affairs Department.
