ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS/ATTACHMENTS (If Needed) The permit number being used for the Johnson Bros. Utility & Paving site is the same for the NCDOT Priority Site #3 in Richmond County (Rockingham NC). The proposed use of BRP is similar to the Richmond County project. This permit application represents the first time that FRO has been engaged with and visited this site. FRO has issued monitoring well permits for the site investigation in the past to NCDOT.
