Thank you both for your time today. Based on the visit today, it is our understanding that no remedial or current action
needs to occur at this time regarding sediment inside culvert or within the down -gradient stream. They will continue to
monitor the culvert and rock check beneath the culvert during the construction phase of the project. Following
completion of construction/grading, the rock check will be removed, and the rip -rap dissipater will be maintained and
repaired to constructed design plans. Please confirm any discrepancies or anything that I have not adequately
summarized. Thanks.

Hi Alex,
As I mentioned when I saw you a couple weeks ago, David Bailey and I would like to schedule a site visit to review the
culverts on the PTIA taxiway project. Per referral from Kim Turney, she asked if we could comment on the lack of
material in the culvert bottom as well as the condition of the channel below the culvert. David and I would like to meet
out there on 7/13 at approximately 2 pm if that will work for you.
